As an admin, set default submittal settings for your organization.
Go to Settings > Advanced Settings.
Click the Submittals card. The submittal settings options appear.
Submittal Defaults
Select a default submittal manager from the dropdown list of internal users.
Specify a default distribution group.
Set the default workdays for a submittal due date, calculated from the current date.
Submittal Options
Turn on QR codes to include them on the submittal PDF.
Allow approvers to add reviewers in the submittal workflow.
Require a response from an approver for a submittal to be closed.
Click Save. The settings apply immediately.
