Set Default Submittal Settings

As an admin, set default submittal settings for your organization.

  1. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings.

  2. Click the Submittals card. The submittal settings options appear.

Submittal Defaults

  1. Select a default submittal manager from the dropdown list of internal users.

  2. Specify a default distribution group.

  3. Set the default workdays for a submittal due date, calculated from the current date.

Submittal Options

  • Turn on QR codes to include them on the submittal PDF.

  • Allow approvers to add reviewers in the submittal workflow.

  • Require a response from an approver for a submittal to be closed.

Click Save. The settings apply immediately.
