StruXure permissions are split into organization access and project access.
Organization Access
Organization access is for internal users who configure the StruXure site and have access across all project settings.
To create a new organization access profile:
Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Permissions.
Under Organization Access, click New.
Select the desired access levels:
Settings: Administer advanced settings and create users.
Organization Directory: Manage the organizational company and user directory.
Project Setup: Create new projects and manage projects without being added to a project.
Enter a Permission Group Name and a Description (optional).
This profile will then be available to add to user profiles.
Tip: Give a user admin access under Project Setup if they need to set up projects and add users to those projects.
Project Access
Project access groups create granular, project-level permission profiles within StruXure tools.
To create a new project access profile:
Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Permissions.
Under Project Access Groups, click New.
Enter a Name and Description.
For each tool, set the access level:
No Access
Read
Write
Admin
Note: The available options will vary depending on the tool. For example, in Meetings, you can either read or administer meetings.
Click Save.
These permission groups will then be available when you create internal and external users.
