Configure default meeting categories and templates for consistent meeting setups across projects.
Meeting Categories
Go to Settings > Advanced Settings.
Click the Meeting Categories card.
Click New Meeting Category.
Enter a name for the category.
Add an optional description for context.
Select whether this should be the default category when creating a new meeting.
Click OK.
Meeting Templates
Go to Settings > Advanced Settings.
Click the Meeting Templates card.
Click New Meeting Template.
Enter a name for the template.
Select a category.
Add agenda items with a title and description.
Tip: Add multiple agenda items as needed.
Click Create Template. The template is now available across all projects.
