Configure Default Meeting Categories and Templates

Configure default meeting categories and templates for consistent meeting setups across projects.

Meeting Categories

  1. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings.

  2. Click the Meeting Categories card.

  3. Click New Meeting Category.

  4. Enter a name for the category.

  5. Add an optional description for context.

  6. Select whether this should be the default category when creating a new meeting.

  7. Click OK.

Meeting Templates

  1. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings.

  2. Click the Meeting Templates card.

  3. Click New Meeting Template.

  4. Enter a name for the template.

  5. Select a category.

  6. Add agenda items with a title and description.

    Tip: Add multiple agenda items as needed.

  7. Click Create Template. The template is now available across all projects.
