Set Default RFI Settings

As an admin, set default settings for RFIs.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings.

  2. Click the RFIs card.

  3. Specify the default RFI manager.

    Note: The RFI manager must be an internal user in the organization directory.

  4. Specify the default distribution group.

  5. Specify the default number of days to set the due date on an RFI from the current date. This accounts for holidays and weekends.
