As a directory admin, you can add companies and users to the directory.
Add a Company
Go to the directory page in the left navigation.
Click the Companies tab.
Search to confirm the company doesn't already exist.
Click New Company.
Enter the company's name, address, and phone number.
Enter a reference number, if needed.
Tip: The Reference Number field can be used for accounting integrations.
Click Save to open the New Company page.
Add a User to the Company
On the Company page, click New User.
Enter the user's name and email address.
Enter the user's cell phone number and contact information.
Tip: Click Copy Company Information to populate the user's address and phone number with the company's.
Select the default project access.
Note: Because this is an external user, you typically would select an external permission profile.
Choose one:
Click Send Invite to immediately notify the user with a login link to reset their password.
Click Save to save the user and invite them later.
