How to Resolve Widget Rendering Errors

Clear your browser cache to resolve the 'could not render widget root' error and restore dashboard functionality.

Clear Site-Specific Data (Recommended)

This method targets only StruXure data, keeping your other browser sessions intact.

1. Click the Site Information icon located in the URL bar next to the web address.

2. Select Cookies and site data.

3. Click Manage on-device site data.

4. Click the Trash can icon next to the StruXure entry to delete the saved data.

5. Reload the page.

Note: You will need to sign back into your account after reloading the page.

Clear All Browser Data

If the error persists, you can clear your entire browser cache.

1. Open your browser Settings.

2. Navigate to the privacy or history section to find Delete browsing data.

3. Select Cached images and files and Cookies and site data.

4. Confirm the deletion.

Warning: This method removes cache and cookies for all websites you visit, not just StruXure.
